Justin Shore
Justin Shore co-founded Arcanum Financial Partners in 2017. Prior to that he helped a Real Estate Investment Trust in the MidWest triple in size over the course of 3 years by managing the Accounting Department. Prior professional experience includes staff positions with O’Reilly Automotive, Inc.’s Tax Department and Bass Pro Shop’s General Ledger team. He has extensive experience in entity formation and start ups and specializes in Accounting for Real Estate and Service industries. He has a vested interest in two real estate investment entities as manages a capital fund focused on alternative investments.
Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He and his wife live in Southwest Missouri with their three boys. They enjoy getting the whole family out for a hike and some fresh air.
Jonathan Lancaster
Jonathan holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Missouri State University. His finance background began in banking management, and he currently serves as Director of Finance for a local real estate company. Jonathan specializes in cash management, preparing and analyzing financial statements, risk management, process development, and consulting. He is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Jonathan is a co-founder of Arcanum Financial Partners and partner of a private capital investment group. He is passionate about financial literacy, the focus of his Master’s degree thesis, and has taught lessons on the topic at area high schools. He is also an advocate against predatory lending practices.
Steven Brezik
Steven Co-founded Arcanum Financial Partners in 2017. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri. Steven gained experience in the private sector working as a Staff Accountant for a local real estate company. Prior to that he worked in public accounting for a local CPA firm. He specializes in preparing tax returns, financial statements, compilations, and consulting. Steven is certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor that believes in partnering with small business owners to meet their financial needs.
Steven graduated from Missouri State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He lives with his wife and three kids in Southwest Missouri. He enjoys traveling with his family and loves being on the water.
Jessica Shank
Before joining Arcanum Financial Partners in 2017, Jessica worked as an Assistant Store Manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement. During her time there, she utilized her analytical and problem solving skills to promote an increase in profitability and audit compliance, driving the store to be one of the leaders in the company.
Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kaplan University with a focus on auditing and forensic accountancy. She and her husband enjoy participating in youth baseball and football programs with their two sons.
